Payments and Donations for DebConf10
There are two organizations which can accept payment and donations for DebConf10, FFIS in the European Union (in euros) and SPI in the United States (in US or Canadian dollars). Either can be used to pay attendee fees. Other donations are encouraged, and can be paid via the same mechanisms. Using SPI is preferred if convenient for you, especially in US dollars, in the interest of reducing money transfer delays and currency conversion fees.

If the name on the card does not match the attendee name, or you are paying for multiple attendees, please email registration@debconf.org to inform us of your payment.
The SPI Treasurer can be contacted to arrange other USD payment methods, for example account numbers for a direct deposit transfer.
SPI has tax-exempt public charity status under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code, meaning that, if you are a US taxpayer, your payment may be partially or fully tax-deductible depending on the category of payment and your own tax situation. Please consult your tax adviser.
