Event submission deadline. This is the last date to submit your talk or event proposal to be considered for inclusion in the official program and proceedings. |
| Saturday, 15th | First round of sponsorship decisions |
| Thursday, 20th | Talks committee announces accepted talks and events. |

| Thursday, 10th |
Registration reconfirmation deadline (for sponsorship). Visit your penta account by the end of this day to reconfirm your attendance. You can still register to attend the conference itself at no cost. This deadline is for those receiving food, accommodation and travel sponsorship. |
| Tuesday, 15th | Publication date for official schedule. |
| July, 2010 | |
| Tuesday, 6st | Housing payment deadline. This deadline applies to both registrants paying by the day and the full registration fee for those with a paid registration option. |
| Thursday, 15th | Papers are due for inclusion in the proceedings. |

First day of DebCamp First day for sponsored food+room (only for people with a work plan for DebCamp). Group lodging check-in starts at 3 PM. |
| Saturday, 31st |
Last day of DebCamp (and arrival day for DebConf) First day for sponsored food+room for people attending DebConf. Group lodging check-in starts at 3 PM. |
